One of my biggest problems with our bathroom is the lighting situation. If you ask me, having good
bathroom lighting is essential for the day-to-day. There's primping in the morning before work, primping before going out on the weekends - and with 2 girls and 2 guys sharing one bathroom, that's a lot of primping! Granted some of us are a bit more high maintenance but still, everyone deserves to stand in front of the vanity mirror and look their best, right?

Now I'm not saying you want to experience enlightenment every time you turn on your bathroom lights, but a little color and creativity is not a bad thing! Interior decorators recommend that you have at least two sources of light in your bathroom - one ceiling fixture and some lights around the mirror/vanity. While my passion might be more modern-leaning, there are plenty of understated light fixtures that add some necessary style to the bathroom.
Ty Fobare, for instance has some beautiful chrome and polished-nickel bath fixtures that are simply stunning! That being said, here are some really cool, uber-modern vanity lighting displays that caught my attention recently. Lights out until next time!
