Kitchen Lighting by UNIK Sculptural Lighting

Talk about innovative kitchen lighting - Montreal-based UNIK Sculptural Lighting custom-created these hyper cool chandeliers, wall sconces and pendant lamps for Ateliers et Saveurs, a French Canadian culinary school. I stumbled upon these cool fixtures while perusing style expert Kim Vallée's blog. The spiral chandelier (pictured below)apparently features 260 spoons in three different sizes and uses 15 incandescent bulbs! Wow! The wine tasting room at the school features a pendant lamp which uses 476 spoons and 21 Champagne flutes, creating a 7 foot-long masterpiece of design! The sconces in the bar room are made from a cocktail strainer, spoons and shooter glasses, while the kitchen sconces are made from ladles, whisks and spoons. So cool! While this particular collection is custom made, you can order other fixtures or get a quote by visiting UNIK's website.
